Flour
Organic flour is obtained from the grinding of traditional grains, like wheat, or alternative grains, like pearl, corn, etc..., from organic farming. This flour, to be sell as organic, need a certificate.
Also the grain, to be considered organic, must be certified by the competent organisation, after a control of requirement of the farm which cultivate it.Controls take place every year, to verify the presence of conditions for the maintenance of the certificate.
