IGP Sicilia. The best batches of olives throughout Sicily are used to make this IGP certified oil - based on the vintage, usually always using the same cultivars: nocellara, biancolilla, tonda iblea, verdese. Bright green in color, IGP Sicilia has a medium fruity, fresh and harmonious taste with notes of artichoke, tomato and grass and a right balance between bitter and spicy. To be used for the preparation of sauces, condiments for first courses, on pizza, salads and raw fish.
